ONE DAY TO GO!

Tomorrow is THE day! WooHoo!
Here are some random last-minute reminders for all of the band travelers...

Do you know your airport count-off number???

For the performances, long hair needs to be pulled up so please be sure to bring hair ties, scrunchies or clips to put your hair up so the back of the uniform is visible to our adoring public.

Tee-shirts with pictures or words that could be misconstrued or misinterpreted as possibly offensive or disrespectful in another culture should be left at home. Pack responsibly.

Remember all parts of your uniform including black shoes. If you need a lyre for your instrument, make sure it's in your case.

Stay hydrated throughout the trip but especially today and Friday. Try to get a good night's sleep tonight.

There will be a scale in the band room Friday morning to check weight limits if you think your checked bag may be too heavy.

Remember $1 bills.

The forecast for the week is in the 50's and 60's so you won't need a heavy coat. You may want to bring a compact umbrella or a rain jacket as occasional showers are also forecast.

Wear your navy trip tee Friday and don't forget your passport holder with your bus color insert.

Bring comfortable shoes for when we are out touring, no flip-flops or open-toed sandals please.

Bring a travel-sized pack of tissues for when we are not at the hotel as not all public restrooms will have toilet paper. A bottle of hand sanitizer would be good too.
